Maximum # downloads issue at ud forum?

Does anyone know if & when that will be fixed at theultimate droid forum, I have made 3 downloads in the past 5 days at first it only allowed me 1 download per 24 hr period, & now it says i have exceeded my weekly limit...ive tried both from my pc & phone & still a no go.
