Manual update to 2.2

so i tried the "manual update" to froyo as directed from this site:

but when i get to the installation screen i get this error:

Installation Aborted

anyone have any idea what i'm doing wrong?

i was just told from another source that it means the download was corrupted... can anyone confirm?

Guys, right now we are not allowing any links posting to FRG01B. If you're hearing the file is corrupted, I'd avoid it.

There is some news about updating to Froyo. We will share more with you later.
