ICS Update keeps Failing.

Trying to update my wifes Bionic. It downloads fine, but during the install it keeps failing and won't update. Any ideas?

Need more info on what it is doing when it fails.
Have you rooted it or modified the phone in anyway ?

Not rooted or anything. Stock. It starts the install, reboots, then when it boots back up it says the update failed.

Is it Ap fastboot flash fail? That is what I have. And hob does not help me. It may you. Gl

I ended up using RSD Lite 5.7 and using the 246 FXZ ICS file. Worked like a champ. There's a nice writeup over on in the Droid Bionic Tech Support forum.

It's what I had to do after having the same issue! It worked like a champ and I seriously thank the person that came up with it.
