Did a little research, got pulled from cheesecake Friday. The file is unusable. Its odd that it actually is prompting you though.

they the same files? Pull them

They are but once it gets to 100 percent it trys to verify the download an fails i have also tried this over wifi an no internet interruptions an still nothing i am downloading again an its at 64%

And what would you do with it (as related to your FXZ files)? Since it's an engineering build, absolutely nothing is signed.

It gives me an idea how how to edit it (seeing what is updated ie. Boot/recovery.img ect.) So we can fastboot back from the ics to gb so we dont get stuck like the razr users or how to be able to update to the next leak if we cant fastboot back knowledge is power

Ahhhhhh. Just keep in mind that being an engineering build, it may handle things differently than the official OTA will. I also believe that this is a full OS package, and not just a differential patch update. I'm pretty much assuming here, but I think the final OTA will be quite a bit smaller in size. 300+ MB would kill their OTA infrastructure.

When the OG Droid went from Eclair to Froyo there were 2 versions available. The OTA was much smaller while the other supposedly was for the Verizon stores in case someone came in and said their OTA didn't work The larger file was the complete Froyo package, rather than just an update patch. Both installed the same way.

Plus moto was smart on this they labeled it as a .902 an unsigned cuz since the next update is .905 they cant cheese cake it an those on .902 cant install it cuz its not signed an it near impossible to catch before its deleted without the proper software or really quick fingers to copy before it deletes itself
