I am so glad there is finally a usable custom from for the Droid Pro! I installed GApps using the zip that Skyrocketing posted. Theme Chooser seems to work for me using the built-in Cyanbread theme even after rebooting, but maybe there are problems with other custom themes.

Is there a donation page set up for this? I would love to make sure development keeps moving forward.

the non-gmail account email error must be a build error because all other builds have worked for me so my next build should work if everything goes according to plan. i may have a working light sensor in the build thats compiling as we speak but i have to go to work now but if everything goes smoothly in the build process it should be all cooked by the time i get back at around 3 eastern time. if it works i'll post the new zip again

Out of curiosity, is this CM7 supposed to work with CDMA only?

My installation resulted in CDMA band only, no where to find GSM/UMTS band...
Have I installed it incorrectly?!

First off - awesome! My wife's had a Pro for a while and it is an UNDERRATED phone... this is a long time coming!

Second - maybe someone should keep a running tab of issues/fixes like Chevy's done for his roms? Basically a Known Issues thread that someone could update and keep track of? It's a very efficient way to nail problems. Before anyone asks I can't for a number of reasons, the biggest of which is, the DP's not mine, so I wouldn't experience or be half as aware as some of the rest of you guys. Trust me though, this would help expediate fixes, as well as limit questions by people about issues.

absolutely, a thread of bugs should be kept and i planned on doing one once this progressed further into developement. as an update, i got the light sensor working so the keyboard and haptic buttons light up thanks to using the motorola defy cyanogenmod source using cyanogendefy's source in his github at https://github.com/CyanogenDefy for the light sensor and prox. however, i ran into another bug where the orientation sensor was off by 90 degrees than what it actually was so the screen was rotating the wrong way than it actually was oriented. i'll attempt to fix that bug in the next build and if it works, i'll post it tonight here
