ZPAD T8: How to install CWMODE? and what is the last official rom?

Hello,

Just got my T8, With the slow and laggy 2.2 version :/

What should I do to install CWMOD? and what is the last official rom I can install without/with cwmod?

I want update into 2.3.4 Rom which given here:
Malata Zpad T8 -

Thats all russian there so cannot understand...But if you can tell me..Would 3G work for me with those updates? I would be grateful!
