Plan is on Verizon's mvno called visible, data is permathrottled at 5mbps. Hotspot is also unlimited at 5mbps. You sign up online and get mailed the sim card. Can pay with PayPal. Only catch is its for Verizon compatible iPhone 5 and later users only.
