verizon at it again :) make it sound like they are doing you a favor while holding a gun to your head.
I can understand why some folks are upset about this, but for me personally it's not an issue. I still don't agree with Verizon and many of their decisions, but this one doesn't affect me & my family.

Now for me it's the fact that they are trying to make it sound like they're doing me a favor, sure an extra 5gb of tethering is nice.... But their extremely limited speed on the new "unlimited" plan is ridiculous. Again it's all about money for them.

it doesn't affect me either because I do not have verizon nor do I watch videos on the phone. It is just wrong. get people to sign up for unlimited plan, lie about the testing they did a month or so ago, then stick it to their customers

I'm sure T-mobile will take advantage of this and gain a few customers because of it.

I'm all AT&T now. While it may be more expensive then t-mobile, I've never had any major issues and the local customer service has always been outstanding.

AT&T was solid when I was with them... Tmobile is perfect for me bc I still have great service and I have two lines for $110 all in unlimited

I have no problems with at$t as long as I do not need to call their customer service. the last time I called, I had a heck of a time getting a real person because the computer did not have the options I needed.

Even though they said the grandfathered phones would be limited to 720p. Not seeing it.

walked by the verizon store today and they were singing "a throttling we will go, a throttling we will go, hi,ho the derry-o a throttling we will go." (music was farmer in the dell)

seriously see what not having net neutrality does to you. I wonder if their own services will be throttled.

I have att as well and I constantly put on their customer surveys that I'm considering T-Mobile. Att have the most to lose with T-Mobile rising from the ashes because it's nothing for their customers to switch or even to try them out.

Every time TMobile come out with something big att try and somewhat match them.

As far as VZW customers it is going to take people leaving because if people stay then VZW will keep doing what they do. For some of you I know you almost have no choice because of coverage but every one else have to be willing to move on. Because this is unacceptable. If they came up with a cheaper plan tier that was meant to compete with the non-contract carriers and put restrictions then that would be understandable. But VZW for too long have been interfering with the customers. Just supply the service and take their money, let the customer decide how they want to spend their gigs.
