No... but there is 928Droid's one that was slightly modded and ported by gflam...

Will this work?

The Smoked Glass Transparent Dialer update uses phone.apk and UD 1.0 uses cytownphone.apk in its ROM.

When I tried a similar update the phone app FC in UD 1.0 after making a call.

I am also looking to update the phone app within the Theme I am using.
Any feedback on how to do this would be great!

Never mind ---- I figured it out.
You need to switch to the stock contacts app first in UD Settings then apply the update.
Worked like a charm
