First off, my apologies if this is the wrong place for this topic, but I am new here since I just made the switch to the Droid2 tonight after I lost my Blackberry Bold a couple days ago.
Anyways, I have never been a fan of ringtones for text messages, so I went in a changed my text message settings to silent + vibrate. However, whenever I get a text it vibrates normally (2 quick vibrates) and then plays the default text message ringtone. Why is it still playing the ringtone even though I have it set to silent? Is there are way to make it so that my text messages are strictly vibrate only?
