If you are getting an error message when you check for the update, keep trying. It could be their servers are being overloaded. This morning, I had no problems with the update on one Thunderbolt. On the second Thunderbolt, I got the error message 4 times. On the 5th try, it connected.

Noticed big differences today

Had the HTC Express 1700 ma battery installed when I got the update. Worked fine, no noticeable difference. Then, last night, I put the original battery back in. Big difference- It lasted 24 hours of moderate usage (so far) and is still going. Very impressive. Will it last? Hope so.

One other difference- My Flickr account, which contains several videos, will no longer play them on either my TB or my D1. Is it Flickr or Android? They still work on my desktop, so suspect either Android or Flash 10.3 ... Anyone else experience this?
