Speech to Text

I've tried out a few speech to text apps and have ended up really liking how accurate Speak n' Send has been... but that app requires you to scroll n' type in the contact you want to send it to, 'manually'!!... it would be soooo much better if we could merely pull up our contacts list, or better yet, speak the contact... just dreamin out loud...

Anyways, what apps do you guys use for hands-free (almost) texting while you're driving?

BTW, I also ran across DriveSafe.ly, which when enabled automatically converts your incoming texts to voice and speaks it to you...cool app.
