So how much ram does this thing have?

just wanted to know if anyone has any info on this. googled it, and found sites that say it either has 334mb or 384mb of ram. all other galaxy s phones have 512. what's going on with the fascinate?

i saw the chart comparing the fascinate and other smart phones, it said that the Droid X has 200-300 mb of RAM so im guessing that since they're wrong on both phones it will have 512mb..
