Migrating from 1.6.3 should be easy.

Backup your data with Titanium
Either go back to your stock nandroid and do the OTA update (when available again) or
check your bootloader version and SBF to get the OTA or
do the leaked OTA 340 update and update with that or
do the older leaked 3.20 update.zip...

Then install Blurry based on android 2.2.1 (3.20 or 3.340) and restore your data.
