Read through the directions a few times (I know its long). Then work on getting rsd lite to recognize your phone. Make sure you have the motorola drivers for your phone. You may need to restart your pc for the drivers to take effect.

No the newest version on xda if you scroll all the way down on the link I posted there is a zip towards the bottom. Also I am not trying to discourage anyone from this method definitely a good one but rsd is not for everyone.
