Rezound down, 2nd time in 7 days

My wife's rezound stopped holding a charge last Wednesday. New phone came in Friday. Saturday brought a new issues, sim card picture would show on the home page. the phone was locked. Stopped at a verizon store, new sim card had us on our way. Now today, the phone keeps turning off and when on there is no service. She just left for the store.

Anyone else having these issues?

ya just plain bad luck. tell her to keep trying bc a properly working rezound is awesome!

was a simple fix. i guess its common for the phones to act up after having a new sim card. did a reset and its all good now.
