Que about dialing...

I want to have entries in an address book like
m xxx-xxx-xxxx (wife)
m xxx-xxx-xxxx (husband)

When I dial it, it interprets the letters as numbers. Can I get it to ignore the entries after the number.

login to your google account on a computer. login using the email acct your phone uses. click on contacts and add/remove/edit to you liking. when done re-sync your phone contacts (settings/accounts) then if all went well it should be as you want. if not then i have no idea how.

I don't recall if there's a way to do this. Why aren't these separate contacts?

I don't want to have 2 contacts for everyone since most families have 2 phones.
