New fascinate owner, but switching to droid x

Hi all! I've had my fascinate for three weeks now, but after several really annoying bugs and no 2.2 in sight, plus bing and other quirks I don't see on my husband's DX, I think I'm making the switch while I still can.

Ok, so I now have my X, but can someone tell me why my contacts birthdays aren't showing up in my calendar? Come on, even my BB Curve could handle that.
