As said before, we don't know enough about you to make a valid decision for you.
Sure we do, he's been here for almost two years now :p

I want the best and most durable form. I want a nice screen. Something that I will be happy with for two years.

I lean to the razr but the nexus has its advantages.

I don't like the build of the Bionic I prefer thinner and lighter with a better screen.

I still say the Nexus, just as you rooted your D1 to breath life back into it you will be able to do the same to the GNXS after time passes...the Rzr will be limited by it's own bootloader, not to say it can't be rooted but we all know the difference in developer magic when it comes to locked/unlocked phones

Lol!

I've been here a long time.

Most of the time I'm responding not posting but this is an unusual issue.

I won't ever root again. It wasn't in my nature before but I had to. I don't like to wipe because it takes too much time to set up again.

Setting up what I replace this with will take a long time.

I won't root again.

Lately I've heard the Nexus has bad battery life and feels cheap.

Still leaning to the RAZR.
