Ok I tried to root my thunderbolt a couple of days ago manual method but it did not work. So now I am trying to delete everything off my computer to start on the auto root method, but for some reason every time I plug my phone in and go to device manager it still pops up as android phone which I do not want. I have deleted adb from my computer with other numerous drivers and still can't get the thing to not recognize the phone. Any help?
