MY HTC Droid ...REALLY slow... help

Ok... I know it was one of the first, but lately, the thing is a drag!!! I mean it takes sometimes forever to type in a number, load up an app... Angry birds on the screen really lags... I have done a format a while back and still crappy... Is there anything I can do? Thanx all for your help and support

did you delete all your texts and call history? also, go through and clear data and cache from all apps.

If we're talking Eris, my phone is pretty snappy and even so Angry Birds lags...I just blame the processor.

I find that andorid OS really likes to be rebooted every day or so. In fact, I've gotten in the habit of rebooting every morning.
