For one "soon" it would be the Bionic. The other Moto Droid LTE phone coming out is the Atrix coming in Q4 - not exactly soon, but......

I would assume the D3 and the DX2 will be 4g as well...or LTE compliant.

All indications thus far are that the DX2 will not be LTE, but will be mostly a dual core upgrade to the DX. And, although no specs have been leaked about the D3, because it is coming out so close in time to the DX2, it probably wont be LTE either.

The Atrix comes out March 6th and is available for pre order now. Unfortunately its on AT&T for now.
