Updates aren't based on location or purchase dates.

Everybody seems to have missed this statement. What does determine the order that devices receive OTA's then, out of curiosity?

MEID seems logical. I was also thinking perhaps they do it chronologically by cell tower number or something. I went to Verizon and checked all the display Droid 4s and none of them had it pushed either. Just wish they would push it to me already.

it is sent out in batches by device ID... I got the OTA on one phone(in Washington state) while i was awaiting a warranty replacement... the replacement phone cant get the OTA yet because the device ID isnt in this batch of phones.

he told me to expect it within the next 2 weeks. and if i didnt have it within a month then something went wrong.. horribly wrong..
