First im in the Philadelphia area, im on stock everything Verizon Galaxy Nexus ....
go to settings, apps, all, google services framework, then force stop & clear data ... then go to about phone, system updates and request update your phone will read last update 12/31/69 and request update ... ive had 7 friends do it ... some it worked on 1rst time but some it took 3 times like me .. but definteley works ..
