TWO things, one I am telling you as I am logged into the equipment guide its there saying the ninth. Two there are sites, lots of them that post inaccurate info to dissuade people and lead them wrong.

Just checked with several retail sellers, some said no news, , but one said he's receiving them on 12/9 night to be sold on Sat, 12/10. Taking with grain of salt. He took my #, will find out soon enough.

I dont know about that, we just got boxes marked samsung, with android logos on them. So it could be an attempt as miss information.

I know this and you are not hearing this from me. We are supposed to play stupid about future devices and not release any info at store about when, where, and how a phone gets released.

I called my verizon today and asked if I could come in and buy the Nexus on Friday, he said I should be able to - also asked about off contract pricing, said he wasn't sure but he thinks $650, I could almost hear in his voice how he knew but couldn't come straight out and say

Yeah my local, non-official, Verizon store told me over the phone that they have them in the back ready to be released. Not really believing they are delaying it unless the LTE outage is the reason.

so its $300 with 2 yr contract? gonna return my bionic and get the nexus galaxy friday then. hopefully no data problem, and a really nice screen.
