Droid X Lock Button (power button)

I just got the droid x as a replacement from the motorola droid (1st gen.) I must say from the get go this phone has been effin AMAZING!! However , the lock button on top aka power button seems pretty crappy, its tiny and its hard to press. Its not super responsive. AND i am NOT going to send this in for replacement just for the lock button.

Are there any apps that i can place a widget on home screen and when i want to place it in my pocket i can hit that widget and it locks phone?! I am just tired of having to stress to lock the phone.

I'm not sure about a widget but I'll look in to it.

I will say I felt the same way about the lock button on my d2 when I first got it but I got used to it real quick.

Found an app called "lock enabler" this is the app i was searching for. Of course not perfect, it does what i want essentially.

here's a widget that does what you want: screen off. note that there is few seconds delay after you press it before the phone actually turns off.
