since the update my email that worked like a union worker, once in a while and slow, now it works perfectly, only new problem is when I shut the phone down it will sometimes turn back on by it self, a complete re-boot and ready to go. I could call verizon, but their tecks simply read info off a pc screen, if the customer says this, you say that, if they say that , you say this. Brainless minimum wage workers. you would think Verizon would spend a few buck$ to support its customers.
