droid razr 6.12.181 (android 2.3.6 system files update)

I am a DROID 4 user, but my friend needs to reset/flash his droid razr to factory stock condition and i need the fastboot files to do so. I am gonna perform it like they did with the DROID4 while installing the ICS update. Anyone can provide me with the files?
