Need Help im stuck in Gingerbread.

Basically I tried updating my phone a while ago I rooted and installed safestrap recovery. My phone is a droid razr maxx cdma im currently stuck 6.12.181.XT912. I am wondering what I need to do to upgrade to ICS.
