Droid 3 overclocking help!

Hey everybody, im very green to the whole tinkering scene! Ive rooted my d3 and flashed new roms but im stuck on the kernel and overclocking thing! I have better term. Emulator, root explorer, setcpu! Im not sure how to use the emulator yet. So im hoping somebody could take some time to show me the proces

Terminal emulator is the equivalent of running command prompt in windows... So you just have to know the command to do what you want...
But I don't know about over over clocking the Droid 3 though
