com.android.phone forced stop

so that's the error message i get and can't recieve any calls. Am i forced to reset the phone or is there a fix?

The only time I've seen that is while disabling lte using phone info. It did it while between networks. If yours does it frequently, you might try the standard battery/sim pull for a few minutes,then if that fails try factory reset. If it continues, contact verizon.
