I was having some trouble with my Droid 3 so I did a factory reset on it, only when it booted up it went into an endlessly looping error message stating that process com.android.phone has stopped unexpectedly. I can't even turn the phone off - all I can do is pull the battery. I can boot into recovery mode, but I don't have an update.zip to use to reinstall it to stock. Can anyone help me with this? I'll take any help I can get - tips, tricks, the correct update.zip file...

Thanks for anything you can provide!

Nevermind... tracked down a flash file from psouza that fixed my problem. Now, off to try again, without making a mess this time. Sooo glad I found this, though - my Droid is my only phone and my only internet connection at home!

In case anyone else got themselves in the same pickle, here's the link to download the files:
psouza's update script
It will take the phone all the way back to straight-out-of-the-box, so you'll need to reactivate and everything, but it's worth it to have the phone work again.
