Change "Sourcery" text

When my phone connects to my audi bluetooth it shows sourcery in the car display.. very cool !

You wont be able to change the Sourcery in 2.0 either but.............................

It would be awesome to at least have the option to remove/change it. I feel there are others out there like me who love the rom but am obsessed with a very clean look with no branding what-so-ever...
