Can't Download Apps anymore

So I'm rooted with 2.2 leak. I haven't had any problems from as long as I can remember with the app market but just recently I can no longer download apps. All I get are unsuccessful downloads. I can access the app market, I can download off the browser, I can do everything else phone related but out of the blue I can't use the app market.

I also can't seem to sync one of my gmail accounts but the other one works fine and so does my other email.

What could be wrong?

What you tried the build prop edit for the market?

You might try the build.prop file that Sydman suggests...
Build.prop edits = great battery life + fast phone + full market

Also, in regards to the gmail sync - try logging into the YouTube app with the account that is not syncing and see if that helps (sounds crazy but there has been reports where this works)...
