Can't install app

I believe .android-secure is linked to this issue. I cleared mine a while back after moving all the apps installed on sd card to the phone. I have not had any issues that I came across from doing this.

But I know before I could install apps I followed the steps above.

It was a while ago and think I did steps above before I cleared that folder.

At some point, I backed up my sd card to the pc and then formated it because every time I mounted to a pc I had a scan and fix errors box popping up. Then moved only the data I wanted back to sdcard. Maybe that was true fix. Not sure. I do know I did move all sdcard apps to the phone.

[really fascinating]

Found out over the last few days since this started...if I just move app to phone it installs with no issue. But it's still very annoying not sure what caused it to start happening though.
