App Data on 4.1

Hey everyone. I am not sure if this is the correct forum, or if it is better placed on the Apps forum, since it has to do with root, I started here. When I have ICS, my app data was in various places in the root tree, mostly in /data. Now in Jelly Bean, I do not see where the app data is placed, my /data folder is empty (I have the same apps installed as in ICS, and have used them so they should have saved some data by now)

My situation is that I have a few games that store my unlocked levels on my phone, not in the cloud. Since upgrading of course, those files were wiped. I reinstalled ICS, saved all of the relevant app data files from the root tree, into my sdcard for safe keep. I now want to place those files in the app data in Jelly Bean so I can pick up where I left off.

Any help is appreciated.
