I have tried, really tried to like dolphin the way most people seem to. I can't, it aggravates me more and more every night, and searching browser in the market doesnt do to much in the way of finding another one. What are you guys using instead of stock browser and dolphin?

xScope - faster, tabbed, pinch n' zoom and just outstanding. Frequently updated and the dev listens to suggestions from the folks on this board.

Stock browser, pinch and zoom, fast. Oh yes and I'm rooted.

What is the objection to the stock browser? Use it Blackberry Storm for just one day and you'll learn to love it.

I thought I would like Dolphin. Like you, I tried (twice) to like it and ultimately decided that the stock browser is very usable, especially for a mobile browser. It's easy to double tap to make the page/article fit on the screen and for mobile browsing, it has all of the features I need.

I'm glad there is an alternative for the folks who don't like the stock browser. I'm not saying Dolphin is defective and everyone should compare for themselves. As my Dad used to say, "that's why they make chocolate and vanilla."

I liked dolphin until the last update where you had to uninstall then reinstall. The dev said to use Google Bookmarks to back up your bookmarks but it wouldn't upload my bookmarks from my phone, only TO my phone. I tried contacting the developer 3 times...NO REPLY. I am done with the fish browser!

+1 for xScope. When Dolphin said to uninstall, then reinstall for the last update, I did the first half.
