Hey people....I just got the Droid X a couple days ago....finally came out of the dark ages using an old LG flip phone I used for 4 years.....

The Droid is complicated to say the least for me....I got it so I can surf the web while offshore...I'm on a tug for 28 days at a time and a couple of the deckhands have the I phone and get pretty decent reception.

I bought the Droid for a couple reasons...price for one and from what I have read, less headaches than the Iphone.

Any tips, tricks etc...to help me enjoy this purchase is greately appreciated!!
