20% Battery

I'm new to the forums, please forgive me if there is a post about this already. I just got my Droid Razr Maxx today, and it has lasted all day doing well. I got home about 4 hours ago and tried charging it while using it on the computer. It wouldn't go above 20% battery, after that I thought it might be the apps, wifi, and bluetooth running. So i went to airplane mode and plugged it up to the wall in Sleep/Airplane mode. It still will not go above 20%. What is going on? Does anyone have some input? Or a Solution?
