Neither Bluetooth nor Wifi will turn on

When trying to turn on Wifi it tries to turn on then turns back off in a loop. Have to turn airplane mode on and off to stop the loop.
Bluetooth says turning on then it turns back off. No loop just won't turn on.
Tried pulling the battery - no go. Tried total reset of phone - no go.
Has anyone seen anything like this?

Sorry for the late reply. But since yesterday I have the same problem. It started after I wanted to turn on bluetooth while in call in the car to connect to the carkit.
Bluetooth wouldn't work and after that Wifi and bluetooth don't want to turn on. I tried reboot, reset, clean cache(dalvic) etc.
but it doesn't help.
Any suggestion(beside new phone)

I did find a similar thing happening with my S3 Phone.
Did you guys find a solution?
Is it Software based?
