So I decided to connect my phone to my wifi after installing 3.1.1. Now my phone is constantly rebooting itself. Only changes i've made were to install the Nexus Red theme and I think chevy's 1ghz kernal.

Apparently I had an old kernal, I updated it to the newest and its working again.
