wallpapers dont show up(sorry if its a repost)

I clean installed ultimate droid 3.1.1 and I have 2 wallpapers, also when I got to extras in the menu, I only get the tap for submitting a wallpaper, idk if I have to connect to some kind of server or something. Thamks in advanced.
And I don't want a third party app

I have the same number of wallpapers and same option but didn't think much of it. I guess I didn't pay attention to how many wallpapers were supposed to come with 3.1.1 for the Droid 1. I will have to go back and read through the change log a little closer.
