I was an Alltel Legacy customer. In October last year when the merger took place on the 17th or so...my account was coded as a business account. It was a consumer account on Alltel, but when I went to apply my discount that VZW offers to Best Buy Mobile employees, I was denied because I'm a "business" customer. I was told I would have to do an Assumption of Liability to get it switched to a consumer account. Is this true or can it be fixed within Eroes so that I can get my discount?
