I don't think there's any credibility to that article. There are no references and I think anyone can post an article on there. They have two other articles with the same date that contradict that article.

well it will likely be made available via mini keys and not ota, just like everywhere else in the world and tmobile who has already released it as non-mandatory update. the file is too big for ota and that has been part of the holdup. however, the 2.2 update via kies is not working out too well for tmobile, but the odin flash is fine. just wait and odin flash once it is fully released, which it may be or if not soon.
