Hi everyone,
So my droid 1 is approaching 2 years old now and frustrates the hell out of me daily. Lack of power button, its dinged up pretty good, and it is constantly glitching and crashing no matter what ROM or kernel I use. Anyway, yesterday I tossed the droid and upon picking it up, the screen does not respond. The phone works, the screen isn't cracked. All buttons work fine, the buttons on the front light up and everything, it just won't respond to the touch.
Is there any way I can remedy this? If not, is there any way i can use the phone without touchscreen? Obviously limits the phone greatly, but i can't even slide to unlock. At the very least I need to retrieve my pictures and everything. What can I do?
