Rooted/Supercharged Droid w/CM7 Problems???

I have no idea if this problem has already been covered in the forums, but oh well.

I recently rooted my gf's OG Droid, installed CM7, a custom kernel, and V6 Supercharged it. I have the same phone with the EXACT same specs I just mentioned with no problems. But hers is always rebooting, her apps are always force closing, her phone's battery says its charging way faster than usual and last for only a few hours, and, although it is Supercharged and has a kernel overclocked to 1100 mHz, it runs EXTREMELY slow.
Again, I have the EXACT same specs as hers, but I have no problems whatsoever.

If anybody can help, I would GREATLY appreciate it.
Here are the specific specs:
-Rooted
-Running CM7 using ROM Manager
-Custom kernel from Lithium Mod (1100 mHz)
-V6 Supercharged (Hard to Kill Launcher)

Thanks in advance for the input.

I can't speak to your specific problems, but I've been on a different setup than you with no problems.

Try the last winner00 build. It's CM tweaked for the OG. You should be able to reflash on top of the CM and not lose any settings.
I'm also running the last Prime kernel. Stable 1MHz as default or easy tweak for custom freq/voltage changes.

Look for the threads for each of those to get familiar.

Good luck!
