Just a couple kewl things you can do with Rumm Rx:

How to change the pulldown bar text:

Option one:

1) Create a file called pulldown_text.txt in /data/rumm_rx that has your custom text and reboot

Option two:

1) type eri in terminal emulator and follow the steps

How to customize init.d (start-up scripts):

1) Open /data/rumm_rx/init.d.conf

2) Change the variables to your desires

-- Things you can change:
1. zipalign apps
2. set pulldown text
3. clear cache on each reboot
4. enable/disable recovery safe-mode
5. set app install location (external, insternal, auto)
6. set minfree taskkiller
7. edit build properties
8. random powerup ringtone or set your own
9. set restore location/restore apps on reboot
10. overclock on boot
12. fix permissions on boot
13. enable sysctl.conf

How to have all your apps installed on first install:

1) Make a folder on your sdcard in /sdcard/rumm_rx/restore_apps

2) Place all your apps in that directory and install the ROM

How to use some awesome shell scripts:

1) Open rumm rx customized terminal emulator

2) type roottools for a list of options

3) type the name of the function you would like to use (I recommend allinone)

-- Here you can install a bunch of fonts/live wallpapers/boot animations, perform hacks, overclock/underclock, set CPU frequencies, etc.

How to change Boot Logos:

1) Open Rumm Rx Toolbox and go to boot logos

How to switch between stock/fancy transition animations:

1) Open Rumm Rx Toolbox and go to Animations, select your option and reboot

2.3.15 love????

And does this incorporate the test release that was sent out last night??? Cause I was on that distribution, but didn't get it b/c I have Rumm RX 1.0 installed.

Runs faster than first version but poweramp is not fixed yet but there is a work around :) so everything is fine keep up the good work jrummy

Nice bootloader screen.
Going through welcome setup now.
Transitions are... different.
I wiped data and cache, phone kept wallpaper from previous rom.
Setting up accounts, getting used to transitions. Phone seems quick.

Calendar widget still broken also.

The only way to get the calendar widget to work is to have blurhome in system/app. I originally was going to but then decided the fix wasn't worth it. But I can put it in if enough people would like that.
