Required Services on Start-up

Does anyone know what are the required services for start up? Assuming apps are a personal preference but what about the system?

Along the same lines, is there a list of what native files can be frozen and/or removed?

Are you trying to change the init startup or cleanup your apps??? It sounds like the latter but the terminology you're using makes me believe it's the former. In any case there is an extensive list of apps / apks on XDA.
