ok guys do you have to rename the file after you download it, I run the RSD and when I go to find the file it will not show up. What is wrong?

Gracias amigo.. lol works great... just requires following directions which are very straight foward.. activating phone is required which worked fine for me as well (in USA)

After I clicked start it almost immediately says failed flashing process. I have downloaded the full file, extracted with WinRar to the root of my C drive, and should have the most recent moto drivers unless they updated them within the last few days. I right clicked while holding shift on RSDLite 4.9, clicked open. It opened, i clicked the 3 dots and picked this SBF file, clicked start, and it fails. Any ideas why? I will check my drivers again but if that doesn't work then what? Also I've noticed that after I click on the sbf file, nothing shows up in file properties at all. And half of the time it won't even allow me to click start

Is the phone in bootloader mode? Make sure it is before plugging in to rsd lite. How does it show up? Does it say s flash or connected on the top row?

Yes I put it in bootloader before plugging it in. And it shows both s flash and connected.

I get this to work on one phone but not another phone. O second phone I keep getting a code error FEBE0047 And gets failed when flashing rsd lite.
I go into recovery mode wipe data and it keeps staying in boot loader mode.

Jt,

If bootloader says OK to program and it says connected, rsd is reading the phone. It should work. You said you're using the full, extracted sbf, right?
Are you on a 1.0 usb port? I had an issue before where it kept failing. I was using an old pc. I went to my friends and used his 2.0 usb. Worked like a dream.
You're on xp or win 7?

Yes, says ok to program transfer mode. Very frustrating after getting one phone to work but not this one. I am on Windows 7 and keep getting critical error 0047

I think I just found out problem, this second phone is a Droid 2 and not global. trying Droid 2 software now.

My first attempt at sbf my D2G went flawlessly, I then installed HeXen. I decided to sbf again to go back to stock and now it fails right at or very near 100%..........any ideas?

I need some help. I have sbf'd several times and the process is going flawlessly with one hitch, my market won't work. Any ideas on how to fix this?
