Please Help!! SBF problems

All my phone can do is go into the stock recovery and the bootloader. I've been trying to SBF and RSD Lite is seeing my phone (Status: Connected...) but it keeps failing, saying:

"Failed flashing process. Failed flashing process. (0x6100); phone connected"

I'm on 64-bit Windows 7. To set things up, I followed this video:

rsd (sbf) on windows 7 and droid 2 global(SDL AND RSD LITE ARE THE SAME PROGRAM BUT A DIFFERENT NAME - YouTube
But it still does not work. I have the latest drivers and my .sbf file is in C:\

I have no idea what to do. Please help!

Try to download again the sbf.

I've downloaded multiple sbf files and tried them all.. I think I might have had a breakthrough though, I'm in the process of trying with a different (Windows xp) computer and so far it's working.. fingers crossed..
